This study on the development of Nursing Corps’ long and middle term plan is summarized into four category. First, According to the changes of medical circumstance, Nursing area should be prepared for several areas, which are infection specialist, improvement of medical quality assurance, health insurance, public health care, out-patient care, hospital administrator, nursing for divisional medical service and overseas dispatch of nursing officers . Second, Education and Personnel management have to be developed for the improvement of nursing specialism. Third, Wartime nursing has to be researched for unification of ROK. Fourth, Health management of military family, nurture and upbring children, and retirees from service management are necessary to be systematized for warfare. After all, The Nursing Corps should be prepared for expansion and arrangement of nursing area with changes of internal and external factors.
